GSI Designer Now Available on IOS

GeoSpatial Innovations, Inc. upgrades GSI Designer Application to support work in the field on iOS and Android.

Liberty Lake, WA (September 13th, 2016) – GeoSpatial Innovations, Inc. (GSI) announced today the upgrade of GSI Designer to support iOS devices in the field. GSI Designer is a mobile solution for designing overhead and underground electric lines. With the addition of iOS and Android as supported platforms, designers can significantly reduce design time in the field through seamless integration and eliminate redundant data entry in the office. GSI Designer is supported on Windows Mobile, Android and iOS.

“GSI Designer on iOS and Android is an entirely new way for engineers to work in the field,” said Mike Hamsa, Chief Technology Officer, GeoSpatial Innovations, Inc. “It runs on familiar platforms that everyone should be able to pick up and start using with very little training. It is easy to install and provides all of your maps, construction units and design standards in a completely disconnected package that can be used without an internet connection anywhere you need to go. It was designed from ground up to synchronize with our cloud based GSI AssetManager solution enabling utilities to start using the software immediately, without the need for any internal infrastructure or IT setup.”
