Michelle graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in Mechanical Engineering in 1989 and has worked as a Project Engineer for Calgon Carbon Corporation. Michelle resides in Washington, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Tom Day and their children, Nicole and Thomas III.
